Alec moved to Australia from the United Kingdom in 2003. He moved to a rural Victorian town, called Timboon, where he got involved with Timboon P-12 School's Rock Eisteddfod entry Dare to Dream as part of the backstage team. Since then Alec has been enthralled by the theatre and has taken every opportunity along the way to extend his knowledge and skills as a technically minded individual.
Alec only realised his true potential as a Manager of performance when he joined the University College Theatre Group as the Production Manager of Wolfstock in 2009. Since then he has been involved with a great number of shows as part of the backstage management team. In 2012, Alec commenced his studies in Production (Stage Management) at The University of Melbourne (Victorian College of the Arts) which he completed in 2014. Since then he has worked for a variety of companies in Australia. In 2016, Alec moved to London to continue following his dreams in the performing arts.
